FIELD: welding production, possibly correcting flaws of castings of refractory high-alloy nickel base alloys. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of detecting flaw portions and mechanically working it for making turning; placing in turning measure plate of alloy whose chemical content is almost the same as base metal; igniting electric arc on measure plate and melting it; selecting plate according to condition of filling said turning by predetermined height with liquid metal of completely melt measure plate; welding up turning by means of non-consumable gas-shield electrode; spreading melt metal of plate along surface of turning by action of pressure of electric arc column; feeding additive material of the same type as base metal to electric arc zone for forming small-volume welding bathes. EFFECT: possibility for significantly enhanced quality of welding up dressings of castings.
