Preferably, such movement clippers are located in several points about disk periphery and move about loading/unloading frame and/or side guides of device. Positions of edges of movement clippers are arranged so that when disk is subjected to acceleration, disk contacts at least one edge only in peripheral disk surface outside of information region. Respectively, clippers prevent information region and axle bearing from destruction when device falls.
