FIELD: agriculture, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biological agents used for increase of plant yield and their protection against sicknesses. Preparation has, p. p.: hydrolyzate of bacteria Pseudomonas aureofaciens VKM B-1973D, 18-20; hydrolyzate of bacterium Bacillus megaterium, 39-40; coniferous needles extract, 5-6; chlorophyll-carotene paste, 1-2; and solution of macro- and trace elements, 32-37. Hydrolyzate of bacteria Pseudomonas aureofaciens is prepared by mixing suspension of these bacteria at optical density 50-60 U with equal volume of soybean seedlings autolyzate followed by incubation of mixture at 45-55 C for 1-5 h. Hydrolyzate of bacterium Bacillus megaterium is prepared by mixing suspension of these bacteria at optical density 100-150 U containing biopolymer of poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid with equal volume of soybean seedlings autolyzate followed by keeping obtained mixture at temperature from 50 to 55 C for 1-5 h. Preparation increases plant yield by 18-31% and protects plants against sicknesses by 62-92%. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of preparation. 3 cl, 5 ex
