FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method of presowing seed treatment is that before seed treatment with the stimulating solution the seeds are moistened with water or a surfactant. The wet seeds are exposed to mechanical action to increase the number of defects in the seed coat and for penetration of the growth-stimulating solution inside the seed to the corcule. The seeds are then dried.

EFFECT: invention enables to accelerate significantly the growth processes in seeds.
