FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in surgical interventions in cases of aseptic necrosis of the wrist semilunar bone. A portion of the capitate is separated with preservation of the feeding vessel. It is moved to a defect formed after removal of the semilunar bone, and fixed transversally by wires to a bonesaw-line of the navicular bone, adapting the articular surfaces of the radial bone and the displaced transplant.
EFFECT: method enables improving the patient's treatment results by replacing the semilunar bone with a bone graft having a congruent cartilaginous surface, the required size and sufficient blood supply.
