SUBSTANCE: mass has dynamic viscosity of 3-30 Pa*s at 25 C, fat base, phase and at least one substance having melting temperature equal to at least 100 C but less than 300 C. Method involves heating fat to its melting temperature and then adding and mixing the first portion of other fatty substances at 72 C being in melted state at this temperature without changing their properties.
