METHOD OF OBESITY TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, particularly, therapy and endocrinology; applicable in obesity treatment with the help of pulse hypocalorie diet with reduced content of fat. SUBSTANCE: method provides for use of dietotherapy with alternation of unloading die days with days of unmeasured diet. On unloading days, diet includes protein-carbohydrate mixture DOCTOR-SLIM and small quantity of vegetables and fruits with administration of isolipan by 15 mg once in the second half of day. On nonunloading days, patients follow the recommendations to limit use of fat with food up to 35-40 g a day. Treatment course is 12 weeks. EFFECT: reduced body weight by 12 kg on average, decreased arterial pressure, well endurable by patients with no affection of their working ability and normal everyday life. 2 tbl, 1 ex
