FIELD: fiber-optic cables. SUBSTANCE: cable uses loose tube incorporating first gelatinous material formed around optical fiber to protect the latter against water; plastic sheath around first gelatinous material to protect optical fiber against external impacts; loose tube to receive one optical fiber; aluminum rod provided with at least one groove to receive loose tube holding optic fiber; second gelatinous material placed between loose tubes and grooves to secure loose tubes and to protect them against water; many steel conductors arranged outside around aluminum rod to prevent cable against tensile stress and to ensure desired electric conductivity; aluminum cover around steel conductors to protect the latter against oxidation and corrosion. EFFECT: improved reliability and facilitated manufacture. 16 cl, 5 dwg
