METHOD OF PREPARING PROTEIN-ACTIVE VITAMIN FODDER ADDITIVE BASED ON FULL-FAT SOYA Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture; fodder ration of farm animals and poultry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary steeping soya corn in aqueous-salted solution of macro- and microelements for 9-12 h; heat treatment for 20-30 min at temperature of hot air at the output 120-160 C up to residual humidity; mixing soya corn with vegetable protein components; mixing sunflower cake, vitamin grass meal and sunflower seeds in the amount of 30-60%; grinding and granulation. During granulation, vegetable vitamin concentrate, e.g. pumpkin paste is introduced in the amount of 1-10% (by dry substance). Mixture of common salt, zinc, iodine and Glauber's salt in the amount of 17-45 kg is used as aqueous-salted solution of macro- and microelements. The additive may balance ration for feeding of farm animals by main elements. EFFECT: preparation of ecologically pure, biologically full-value fodder additive. 3 cl
