FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: soybean is preliminarily soaked for 12-18 h in wet vegetable vitamin concentrates preliminarily mixed with water-salt solution of macro and trace minerals containing phosphorus, manganese, iron, zinc, iodine, and elementary sulfur in amount 15-25 kg, said vegetable vitamin concentrates being gourd paste or green coagulator of grass juice or their mixture at their ratio 1:5, respectively. In this case, soybean grains to be soaked are used on the basis of 1 wt part of grains per 1 to 5 wt parts of vitamin concentrates with their natural moisture content and wet grains are then subjected to heat treatment for 15-20 min to residual moisture of resulting mass equal to 17% at the outlet hot air temperature 120-160 C, after which grains are dried to residual moisture, ground, and granulated. Thus obtained granules are partially dried to final moisture content 10-14% and cooled to ambient temperature. Claimed method enables preparation of environmentally safe additive, which is biologically valuable, balanced with regard to proteins, macro and trace minerals.
