FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves steeping of soya grains in aqueous-salt solution of macro- and microelements and mixing of swelled grains with water. Dispersion and heating of soya mixture are carried out in nonhermetic disperser in continuous procedure up to temperature of mixture heating 88-90 C. In the process of dispersion, vegetable carotene-containing concentrate is introduced in soya mixture in the form of mixture of pumpkin paste and green coagulant of grass juice in the amount of 20-180 kg. Introduced separately in soya mixture, for example, are pumpkin paste in the amount 10-85 kg or green coagulant of grass juice in the amount of 40-260 kg. Used as aqueous-salt solution of macro- and microelements are, kg: common salt, 3-9; zinc, 25-45; iodine, 0.3-0.9.
