SUBSTANCE: method involves soaking dry soya grain in aqueous-saline solution of micro-macroelements; providing thermal treatment at hot air temperature of 125-150 C; drying grain for 12-18 min till soya grain temperature at drier outlet end is within 85-95 C and residual humidity is 18-28%; mixing grain with dry protein components; grinding and simultaneously cooling with air flow; palletising at temperature of 35-65 C and simultaneously introducing probiotics into mixture; cooling to obtain ready protein product.
