SUBSTANCE: method involves steeping of soya grain in aqueous-salt solution of macro- and microelements. They are used as a mixture of common salt, Glauber's salt, zinc and iodine up to humidity of no more 35%. Then mixture is mixed with dry vegetable low-fat-containing raw material (fat content no more 10%), for example, mixture of sunflower oil-seed meal, and/or bran, and/or grass meal, and extruded at temperature of 115-140 C, then mixed with dry vegetable high-protein component in the form of mixture of sunflower oil-seed meal and/or sunflower seeds and with vitamin carotene-containing concentrate which is a mixture of vitamin grass meal and/or dry green concentrate of grass juice.
