FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: polysiloxane is mixed with additives and mixture is used to mold products, which undergo prevulcanization and radiation vulcanization. The former is carried out within a temperature range of 125-145 C in dependence on required hardness of one of the surfaces according to relationship: T = 1.3 + 125, whereas the other surface of product is subjected to radiation vulcanization within radiation range 10 to 60 Mrad choosing irradiation range from relationship α=0.88 HB wherein and HB are required surface hardness values in thermochemical and radiation vulcanization, respectively. EFFECT: enabled creation of required property gradient for different working surfaces with required physico-mechanical characteristics preserved. 4 ex
