FIELD: heat and power engineering. SUBSTANCE: process includes desorption of dissolved in water carbon dioxide accomplished by bringing water into contact with warming agent in deaerator. Deaerated water and vented steam formed during deaeration are withdrawn from deaerator. Intake of warming agent fed into deaerator is controlled from value of pressure in deaerator. Amount of vented steam withdrawn from deaerator is controlled by specified pH value of deaerated water. EFFECT: improved economical efficiency and quality of thermally deaerated water due to optimized process parameters. 1 dwg
