METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF GROUND-CEMENT PILE Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: method relates to stabilization of loose water-saturated ground and can be used for increasing load-bearing capacity of ground in areas of industrial and civilian construction activities. According to method, one or several casing pipes are sunken into ground. Pipes are provided with standard self-opening shoe on their lower end. Casing pipes are being sunken asymmetrically in parallel to axis of ground-cement pile being constructed. Prior to sinking of casing pipes, their total lateral cross-section area (if one casing pipe is used - area of lateral cross-section of single pipe) St is selected from following relation St = (0.01-0.5) Sp, where Sc - area of lateral cross-section of pipe being constructed. After sinking of one casing pipe down to design depth, casing pipe is filled with cement whereas casing pipe itself is removed from ground. Then installed along axis of pile being constructed is drilling rig which is provided with special working member for mixing cement and ground. At this time column of cement is located inside pile being constructed. Depending on ratio of diameters of casing pipe and body of pile being constructed, two basic versions of construction are possible. Application of aforesaid method allows for increasing load-bearing capacity of pile together with reduced amount of cement needed for construction. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 5 dwg
