FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with erection of drilled and cast-in-place piles in process of construction in close proximity to buildings and structures. It can be used to form piles foundations of various structures, in soft water- saturated ground in particular. Proposed process includes driving of hole in ground with subsequent treatment of it with concrete. Novelty of process lies in formation of ground-concrete pile prior to driving of hole and drilled and cast-in-place pile is drilled in body of ground-concrete pile within limits of its side surface as minimum. Relation of diameters of drilled and cast-in-place pile and ground-concrete pile is 0.4- 0.8. Hole in drilled and cast-in-place pile is drilled 2-7 days after formation of ground- concrete pile. Hole of drilled and cast-in-place pile is drilled with working it deeper into bed ground. EFFECT: raised quality and bearing capacity of erected drilled and cast-in-place piles employed in the capacity of foundation, shortened construction period, reduced weight of bearing structures while erecting, for instance, tunnels thanks to diminished usage of concrete. 1 cl
