FIELD: transportation of cargo and passengers in various media or at their interface. SUBSTANCE: mover made in the form of flexible plate or shell that reciprocates at equal forward and reverse speed is placed at interface of two media so that forward and reverse motion conditions are different. One of media is that in which vehicle is moving and other one is man-made medium (rarefied gas or active medium). Mover has casing holding rarefied gas, flexible plate or shell built into casing through sealed joints and used as one of its sides, set of piezoids inserted between plate and stop rigidly fixed to casing, and electric pulse generator. During vehicle construction movers may be mounted in pairs on its surface and inclined through 40-120 deg. to each other.
