FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out a flap from cavity wall corresponding to the intraosseous cavity in shape. Then, pathologically changed tissues are removed, regenerate is formed and the intraosseous cavity is filled with it. Perosseous apparatus is used. Additional support member is placed between the distal and proximal support members. The prepared flap is attached to the additional support member with flexible ties. Distraction in the direction outward from the bone and rotation about its own axis by the angle of 180 deg are carried out. Rotation rate is 1 mm per day. EFFECT: accelerated repair of anatomical shape of an extremity.
