FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopaedics. The method involves the application of an external fixation apparatus. A canal of the diametre about 5-10 mm is created in a metadiaphyseal - transient - bone portion in the short oblique direction to a longitudinal axis of the bone. Beforehand, a prepared spongy bone autograft is perforated in the diametre of 2-3 mm. Through an inlet of the created canal, a number of through fan-divergent holes of the diametre 2-3 mm is formed. The autograft transversally matched with the diametre of the created canal and extended to the opposite side of the cortical bone plate is introduced into the created canal.
EFFECT: method intensifies the metabolic processes and mineral supply of a pathology region, shorter union of the nonunions and false joints of long bones.
