FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting bone segment from two small cuts in soft tissues in the autograft ends projection. Osteotomy and periosteum separation is carried out through these cuts on the superior and inferior ends of the graft. Manual fixation of muscular extremity sheath in the graft zone is carried out. The graft is step-by-step separated from the adjacent soft tissues by applying rotation movements and pulling it in distal direction. The graft is taken out through the available cut and placed into zone of bone injuries. EFFECT: low risk of traumatic complications; avoided cosmetic defects. 4 dwg
