FIELD: pipe manufacturing equipment. SUBSTANCE: threaded sign is made in the form of sectional threaded mandrel. It has threaded-profile fragments made sectional in plane passing through its longitudinal axis. Fragments of threaded profiles are mirror-symmetrical with respect to plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis. Threaded profiles are sectional along plane of symmetry. They are fixed with respect to each other by means of two semi-rings. Invention results in formation of threaded ends in process of continuous production of fiber-glass pipes by means of self-feeding mandrels. Threaded sign perfection makes it possible to obtain tubes of any preset length with threaded ends and it facilitates assembly and disassembly of any pipeline.
