FIELD: compact disk storage. SUBSTANCE: cassette has pan sliding along cassette between pulled back position and elongated position. User can adjust pan sliding by pushbutton installed on pan and projecting through cover of cassette. If cassette is opened along one wall, pan slips out of cassette as for as elongated position to provide possibility of taking compact disk out. Panel hinge-mounted on pan which is usually in meshing with compact disk to hold it in process of movement, drops down releasing the compact disk which can be placed into compact disk player.
