METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRILLING-INJECTION PILES Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: relates to building of foundations and can be used for fortification of existing foundations of buildings and other structures. Method implies drilling of bore-holes and installation of reinforcing framework into bore-hole. Framework is made up of sections consisting of reinforcement rods located over generating lines of steel cylinders which are installed over length of pile after every 2-20 diameters of pile. Reinforcing rods are connected to cylinders by intermittent weld joints. After that, bore-hole is filled with cement slurry with water-to-cement ratio being equal to 0.1-0.8 with subsequent mounting of hermetic sealing device. Pile body is subjected to pressure treatment under pressure of 0.1-1.0 MPa with injection operation performed in separate stages. Duration of first stage of injection operation is 120-400 s, duration of second stage of injection operation is 400-620 s. At each stage, pressure is increased by 0.1-0.9 MPa. Application of aforesaid method allows for increasing load-bearing capacity of pile body. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl
