FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: well is formed before lowering of emitter of diameter equal to 1.0-1.5 of diameter of emitter and of depth smaller than length of pile body by value of bottom-hole compaction value. Well is filled with working fluid, immersed in fluid is emitter attached to tubular rod together with reinforcement framework fastened to emitter with possibility of detachment. Sinking of emitter is effected with retention of working fluid level not below upper part of emitter. Then compaction of well earth walls is effected by discharges in working fluid. Hardening material is delivered into space above emitter, and at extraction of emitter, discharges are performed in hardening material with activation of binding agent and compaction of hardening material in contact zone "pile-earth".
