FIELD: wind- power engineering. SUBSTANCE: windmill has windwheel hub with turning blades mounted on hollow drive shaft with spring-loaded rod installed inside shaft and kinematically linked with blades which are set to turn with wind load variations; novelty is that blade turning hinges are shifted towards front edges and are, essentially, bushes fixed in hub spikes wherein blade pins are loosely mounted and provided with springs to take up clearance and seating surfaces to mount cranks linked with working spring through crown and rod made in the form of lead screw. EFFECT: improved reliability, simplified design, reduced mass of easily detachable mobile version, reduced safety factor incorporated in design. 1 dwg
