FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: unit has main radial spokes 2 fastened to bush 22 of horizontal shaft 1 and positioned in two rows between which rims 3 are positioned. Propeller blades 6 and cantilevers 15 are fastened to the rims. The cantilevers connect articulated bush 14 to rotary platform 11 on which the wind unit is positioned. The unit also has tension member-stop 16 connected to the upper part of front support 9 of shaft 1. Rims 3 are connected to oppositely located radial spokes by thrusts 4 and tension members 5. Horizontal shaft 1 is mounted in two supports 9, 10. Rotary platform 11 has armature 13. Mounting of additional radial spokes located between main radial spokes 2 is provided. Back main radial spokes are fastened to bush 22 moving along the axis of shaft 1, the bush has limiting helical slots 23 in which guide pins fastened to shaft 1 are mounted.
