FIELD: piping systems. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for evacuation of air from systems filled with working liquid under gauge pressure such as central heating systems. Air eliminator has housing with outlet needle valve. Housing accommodates leaf spring. Spring is connected with outlet valve needle and is hinge- coupled by one end with bracket. Weight is mounted on bracket. Weight is made from polymer in form of solid body. Density of polymer is equal to density of working liquid to provide zero floatability. Other end of spring is secured on end face of outlet branch pipe. Needle valve is installed in outlet branch pipe. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of air eliminator, simplified design and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 1 dwg
