SUBSTANCE: product is prepared by introduction in milk of gas-and-liquid extract of biomass of microorganisms Pythium catenulatum, and preparation of mixture containing milk, prepared grits or potato, sugar, salt and sodium ascorbinate. The product is packed in sealed-off tare and sterilized in the process of cooking the vegetable component.
