FIELD: technology of producing preserves, possessing biologically activity, in the form of milk product. SUBSTANCE: product is prepared by introduction in milk of gas-and-liquid extract of biomass of microorganisms Pythium gracile. Then mixture containing milk is prepared by introduction in it of prepared grits or potato, sugar, salt and sodium ascorbinate. The product is packed in sealed-off tare and sterilized in the process of cooking the vegetable component.
