FIELD: means for parenteral injection of pharmaceutic preparations. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a cylindrical container. A passage on its front end is intended for outlet of liquid and has a contraction. A movable wall acting as a piston is positioned near the rear end of the container. The wall moves under the action of atmospheric pressure in the first vacuum cavity and forces out the liquid from the container through the passage for liquid outflow. Auxiliary means for effect on the movable wall exert an additional force on the first piston in the initial stage of its movement in the first vacuum cavity.
