FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves using oil or oil solution activated with laser radiation or permanent magnetic field or laser radiation and permanent magnetic field in combination. The device has casing designed as funnel with light-reflecting coating layer lining the internal part. Laser light guide is mounted in the inferior narrow part of the casing in perpendicular to liquid flow. The liquid is supplied to the superior broad part of the casing. Ring magnet enveloping the inferior narrow part of the casing is mounted for treating the liquid with magnetic field.
