FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly in machine engineering for manufacturing thin-wall bent sections. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes arranged in frame according to technological order: roller pair, shaping stands between which drawing stand and bending-sizing unit are mounted. Drawing stand and bending-sizing unit include roller pairs with profiled closed gap and their drive mechanism with gear wheels mounted on roller shafts mutually engaged and combined by means of idle gears to united kinematic circuit. In initial stage rollers of shaping stands are driven, then they are disengaged and shaping process is realized in state of drawing. Drawing stand is joined with electric drive unit by means of additional external gearing. Pinions of shaping stand drive mechanism have tooth number exceeding that of pinions of drive mechanisms of other roller pairs. Idle gears are mounted on subsidiary shafts arranged between upper and lower working shafts and they are engaged only with drive pinions of lower or upper shafts. External-teeth gearing includes set of changeable gears with different tooth number but with the same interaxial spacing.
