FIELD: biotechnological methods. SUBSTANCE: when synthesizing polypeptides in acellular translation system, inlet and outlet (with respect to reaction space) streams are separated into low- and high- molecular fractions. One chooses direction and velocities of streams throughout reaction space, which is confined by outer surfaces of the first and second porous barriers whose inner surfaces are conjugated with stream inlet and outlet zones. Object of invention is reactor with reaction space whose outer surfaces are conjugated with outer surfaces of the first and second porous barriers. Internal part of the second porous barrier is connected to inlet/outlet zone of low-molecular streams, and that of the first porous barrier is connected to inlet/outlet zone of low-molecular streams and streams containing high-molecular components including desired polypeptide.
