Then liquid phase of medium is immobilized by its placing in solid base exhibiting the developed surface (an average pore size is from 100 mcm to 5 nm) followed by incubation under conditions providing exponential multiplication of nucleic acids and their detection in nucleic acid sample to be analyzed.
