FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion rotary engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has end shields with rotor mounted on axle between end shields. Vanes are fitted in guide slots of rotor. Each vane is made in form of flattened cylinder with two tangential slots on its side surface arranged in diametrical opposition. Ring grooves made on end shields at side pointed to rotor form ring channel to pass working medium. Ring channel divided by rotor has shape of circumference in section passing through axle, diameter of circumference corresponds to diameter of vane. Channel bends to sine curve symmetrically relative to middle section of rotor, square to axis. End shields are provided with air inlet ports and exhaust gas outlet ports. Chambers, made in body of each end shield and connected with channel, accommodate fuel nozzles and, if necessary, hot bulbs. Sealing rings are freely fitted in vane slots made on side surfaces of disk sections. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation, decreased wear of vane seals. 4 dwg
