FIELD: mechanical engineering; engines. SUBSTANCE: engine has hollow housing with inner cylindrical surface and rigidly fitted on end plates, rotor with blades installed eccentrically relative to housing and forming engine working chamber between rotor external surface and housing internal surface, fuel feed system, compressed air supply system, gas exchange system, ignition member, compressed air and fuel inlet holes, exhaust gas outlet hole and hole for mounting ignition member. Rotor has end plates rigidly installed on housing axle. On side cylindrical surface of rotor, parallel to its axis, through cylindrical holes are made in which hinge mechanism is installed to connect rotor with blades. Hinge mechanism is made in form of solid cylindrical with recess on its side surface accommodating cylindrical retainer with slot for blade rigidly secured on end plates of rotor. Cylinder and retainer are installed for free rotation relative to holes in which they are installed. End plates of rotor and blades are furnished with sealing on surface pointed to internal surface of housing, forming, together with housing surface, a guaranteed clearance. Air and fuel inlet holes, exhaust gas outlet hole and hole for fitting ignition member are made on cylindrical surface of housing.
