SUBSTANCE: device has emitting and additional chambers, which are formed by set of pyrolitic graphite rings with current terminals. Mobile current terminal has spring-loaded mobile cylinder with flexible current terminals, which are connected to end of device chamber. Second end of chamber serves as second current terminal. In addition device has additional chamber, which closes end of cylinder. Both chamber share same gas content. Electric resistance of rings in set increases in direction from set center. Ratio of resistance of extreme rings to resistance of central ring is not greater than two. Set of rings is embraced by heat screen, which is made from pyrolitic graphite on side directed to set of rings.
