FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: appliance comprises a continuous wave laser emitter, a cascade of diaphragms and a reference conversion device. The reference conversion device has a thermostatic regulator and identical operating and compensating cavity-type receiving elements. Every receiving element comprises a heat line and a detector element. The heat line length is superior to its semicircle length. The detector element is situated on the heat line exposed face. The heat line exposed face is fixedly attached to the thermostatic regulator. The rest part of the heat line is housed within the thermostatic regulator and is separated from it by virtue of the overlap span. On the heat line after end there is a thermal shield with the thermal communication with the heat line. The heat line is designed as a quill open-ended cylinder. The continuous wave laser emitter, the lens and the diaphragms are joined together within the heat line cavity. The continuous wave laser emitter is set to the heat line after end and is adapted to use it in the function of the gauge electric heater.
EFFECT: making it possible to reduct the quantity of the elements, that compose it without its functions sacrificing, and improving its performance.
