Multiple sockets for contact terminals for external connection of power supply circuits, user circuit and telecommunication connections are positioned in perpendicular to side surface of housing. In addition device has bulges for mounting insulation struts, sockets for mounting current detectors around inner perimeter of housing close to terminals. Divided member of clamp which fixes terminals and follows external shape of housing and base of clamp is designed as integral whole or multiple segments.
