FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting and, next to it, culturing keratinocytes on polymer porous substratum produced from optic transparent polymer having through pores of diameter D=(0.01-3.0) mcm and pore distribution density N=(103-109) 1/cm2 to form keratinocyte monolayer. The keratinocytes are cultured in the presence of fibroblasts on the opposite side of the substratum. The substratum can be produced from polyethylene terephthalate, polyimide or carboxymethylcellulose. Allogenic keratinocytes are cultured as the keratinocytes. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; visual skin restoration control. 6 cl
