BIORESORBABLE MICRO-CARRIER FOR CELL DELIVERY TO REGION OF WOUND HEALING AND REGENERATION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC C12M3/00 C12N5/71 A61L27/22 C07K14/78

Abstract RU 2616866 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and medicine. A bioresorbable micro-carrier for cell delivery to the region of skin tissue injury for wound healing and regeneration is claimed. This micro-carrier represents particles with diameter of 50-300 mkm with negative charge at pH values 6.0-7.5. The particles are obtained by grinding of three-dimensional porous matrices based on Bombyx mori silk fibroin.

EFFECT: invention allows to immobilize more cells on the carrier, to fulfil the function of frame for functioning cells in vitro, in vivo and to regulate micro-carrier biodegradation rate.
