FIELD: medicine, dermatological cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with leveling the relief at removing skin problems. Surface skin layers are removed in the sites of pathological defects. Sections with removed skin layers are applied with a film made of a biocompatible polymer with a grown layer of animal cells. Moreover, a film is used with through pores of D= (0.01- 3.0) mcm diameter and density of pores being N = (103-109) 1/cm2. A film is applied to use the surface of the above-mentioned cells. As animal cells one should use autologous keratinocytes, allogenic keratinocytes, allogenic fibroblasts. EFFECT: decreased terms of epithelization. 3 cl, 3 ex
