METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF LUBE OILS FROM LOW-SULFUR AND/OR SULFUR AND/OR HIGH-SULFUR OILS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: method involves thermal and thermo-destructive processing operations: electrodesalting and dehydration of crude oil on electrodehydrators; atmospheric vacuum distillation with running off intermediate products: straight-run gasolines, kerosenes, diesel, vacuum straw, spindle oil, motor oil fractions, and goudron; purification of spindle oil distillate, motor oil distillate in presence of solvents and cooling agents, solvents being further regenerated and compounded. Heat carrier at least in atmospheric vacuum distillation and solvent regeneration processes is steam produced in steam generators. Steam at least partly is generated by combustion of associated gas and/or fuel process gas resulting from thermal crude oil processing, and/or gas resulting from thermo-destructive processes in processing of crude oil and/or intermediate products, which gas is fed into gas distribution network at temperature 50-70 C and pressure 3-5 kg/sq.cm. 60-85% of gas is burned in process furnaces and 15 to 40% of gas is burned in steam generator utilizing recycle condensate supplemented by preheated chemically treated crude water in at least amount required to compensate nonrecoverable condensate. For heating chemically treated crude water and/or crude oil, residual heat is used, in particular, from steam exhausted in crude oil distillation processes and/or from steam condensate, and/or from goudron discharged from vacuum column, and/or from residual lube oil components. EFFECT: reduced power consumption and production cost, enabled rational utilization of heat from processing release flows and reduced amount of fuel gas burned in torch, achieved 100% utilization of recycle condensate, and extended crude oil processing. 16 cl, 1 tbl
