FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: crude oil is subjected to electrodesalting and dehydration in special- construction electrical dehydrators, atmosphere distillation to run off straight-run gasoline, kerosene, and diesel fractions and to discharge mazut fraction. At least in atmosphere distillation process, steam used as heat carrier is produced in steam generator. Because of heat exchange, basically in the course of crude oil distillation process, steam is condensed to form condensate recycling in system. Steam used in processes, at least partly is formed by superheating of water provided by combustion of associated gas and/or process gas from straight crude oil distillation processes and/or from thermodestructive secondary processes in processing of intermediate products. . Gas is fed into gas network at temperature 50-70 C and pressure 3-5 kg/sq.cm and, prior to be combusted, is heated to temperature at least 100 C. 60-85% of gas is burned in process installation furnaces and 15-40% of gas is burned in stem generator. Recycling condensate is used as water after addition of required amount of chemically purified crude water. For heating the later and/or original crude oil, residual heat of waste steam and/or steam condensate, and/or mazut withdrawn from atmosphere column is used.
