FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: ansa of small intestine is formed, its end should be sutured tightly. An arch is formed by using sutured ansa with diameter being larger against that of pancreatic stump. "Fenestra" is cut in vessel-free part of intestinal arch mesentery. Glandular stump is fixed along circumference to "fenestrum" edges and intestinal serosa. Subsequent anastomosis covering is carried out by suturing serosa of intestinal ansa arms by not capturing pancreatic tissue. The method provides prophylaxis of pancreatojejunoanastomosis failure.
