FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating valvular choledochojejunal anastomosis in forming and excising seromuscular membrane area at the distal segment of the small intestine. Seromuscular sutures are put-in beyond the superior edge of the seromuscular membrane of the mucosubmucous area of intestine 7-8 mm above the distal segment of the choledochus. Then suture is put through the submucous intestine membrane and all layers of the choledochus The choledochus and mucosubmucous membrane area of the jejune is into the lumen of the jejune by means of anterior seromuscular sutures passing 7-8 mm above the internal suture and inferior edge of the inferior edge of the seromuscular membrane of the mucosubmucous area. 3-4 interrupted serous sutures are stitched on the posterior choledochus surface and cecal segment of intestine. Acute angle is formed between the choledochus and intestine. Jejunojejunal end-to-side anastomosis is built. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 8 dwg
