FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: described is new composition for applying coating based on powders comprising water-soluble polymer and organosilicon compound redispersible in water. Organosilicon compound includes at least one low molecular organosilicon compound with viscosity of not more than 5000 mm/s at 25 C and at least one high molecular organopolysiloxane resin with viscosity of at least 100,00 sq.mm/s at 25 C or is solid at room temperature.
