)p(NR3C=ONR4)q/2 (II), wherein R, R1, R2, R3, R5 and R6, independently from each other, are identical or different and are hydrogen atom or optionally substitution monovalent hydrocarbon residues having 1-20 carbon atoms, a is 0, 1,2 or 2, k is 0,1,2 or 3, t is 0,1,2,3 or 4, n is 0,1,2,3 or 4, m is 0 or 1, r is 0 or 1, s is integer of 1 to 20, p is 0,1,2 or 3 and q is 0,1,2 or 3 provided that sum of p+q is equal or more than 3, sum of a+k+t+m+n+r is 4, sum of m+r is 0 or 1, and organosilicon compound contains at least one unit of formula I when t is other than 0. Said compounds are useful for removing protonic compounds or groups and are especially useful for removing substances having OH groups.
