FIELD: excavation machinery. SUBSTANCE: screw actuator includes cylindrical body, loading blade with helical surface, circular frontal piece arranged on side of face, cutting tools with holders put on helical surface of loading blade and circular frontal piece. Actuator is fitted with butt cutting tools mounted on face side along generating line of helical surface of loading blade at acute angle of longitudinal axis of butt cutting tool with plane tangent to torus-shaped surface of face. Butt cutting tools are arranged with clearance between cutting edge and flat surface of face. Angle α of longitudinal axis of butt cutting tool with flat surface of face can amount to α_i= arctgH/2πRi+(18^°±2^°), where H is pitch of helical surface of loading blade; Ri is distance from axis of screw to cutting edge of butt cutting tool, and angle of longitudinal axis of butt cutting tool with cutting line amounts to ±(10-2 deg). Distance between cutting edge of butt cutting tool and flat surface of face comes to 10-15 mm.
